Our Award Winning Chef and Catering Team

Our Corporate Executive Chef and team deliver catering platters and packages that bring the tastes and traditions of classic to innovative cuisine to your party or gathering. This expert staff will hand-slice smoked fish and deli meats and prepare beautiful platters or hot buffets of grilled or smoked meats, sandwiches, salads, bagels, breads, baked goods, desserts and more — so that you can serve your guests with ease and enjoy your event.

Want to create something really special for your guests? Our Corporate Executive Chef Michael Garbin is well-known for having worked at the Union League Club as it’s Executive Chef for 26 years. Chef Michael holds three designations: CEC (Corporate Executive Chef) and AAC (American Academy of Chefs) which represents the highest standards of professionalism in the organization, society and industry.

His greatest achievement is that he is one of only 100 lifetime members of the HGT (Honorable Order of the Golden Toque). Our Extensive Catering Menu and Services

Catering Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner and Appetizers with Chicagoland Delivery. We are able to offer a wide variety of ways to cater your event. Our in-house bakery creates a wide variety of pastries, cheesecakes, cakes, cookies, bagels, breads daily. For breakfast we can create a full hot and cold array of offerings or as simple as bagels and cream cheese with a fruit tray. Our lunch and dinner offerings can be expansive as full array of hot half pan entrées and sides as well as salad, soup and dessert or as simple as a sandwich platter or baby Schmaltz platter and chips. If you need something that is not on our catering menu you can consult with our chef to create a unique meal for your guests. We provide the food, utensils and set it up for you.

Catering Pickup is Available at the Deli

Maybe you don’t need us to deliver your catering order and you would just like to pick it up. No problem. Many people are traveling with our catering items to Morton Arboretum, Ravinia or to the lake house. We will take your order and have everything waiting for you at the deli in travel safe packaging with everything you need for your event! We ask that all orders are placed at least a week in advance of your event date.
